Previously, the company’s HR initiatives were based on location and not implemented enterprise-wide. As HR training programs began across the organization, more widespread communication was critical. The solution was for us to develop a communication plan template for learning projects. Then, we partnered with the HR Communications team to evaluate the groups impacted by this initiative and the types of communications needed to ensure the messaging was consistent and complete. The results included a coordinated effort and a new partnership between HR, Learning and Development, and the Communications team, leading to a successful implementation.
