Job Aid that Documents System Functionality

“Our team doesn’t use this system very often, and it’s not very intuitive.”

We’ve all had to use computer applications that weren’t very user-friendly. This challenge is further complicated if the users only need to use the system every once in a while. Our solution was to create a series of job aids with a similar graphic at the top to show users where they were in the process. The job aid also used a table format that connected the step to a screenshot of the application. The users were delighted that the steps were finally documented clearly and simply.
