This client rolled out Salesforce to salespeople and their managers nationwide. Trainers were traveling and facilitating customized sessions for different audiences. But Salesforce wasn’t launched for a few weeks after many groups were trained. Sound familiar? How do we remind people of key processes they need to be successful weeks after training? Our solution was to create this colorful quick-reference guide (QRG), which summarized the most critical steps. To remind people of the launch and the information they learned, these laminated QRGs were placed on each desk on the day of the launch. The sales team appreciated our solution, and the job aids were often used to support users who called the Help Desk.
